He's a really cocky dragoon.
The epitome of being a greedy dps.

Except, instead of being a bad dragoon, you're the one that tanks the floor when he's done. If he thinks you're doing bad you'll probably be food for him instead~
Plus when he jumps, that gut will clench!
He does tend to take a liking to healers and supports that treat him with the respect he deserves.

Rouka is a man from gridania, a lancer with lots of strength for his small size. Overeating food buffs that most players don't have access to (other players) allows him to perform superhuman acts.
