Koukuji_Family just wanted to show the secondary princess some love!
Here she is, the princess of Sarasaland! ...Though she hangs out in the Mushroom Kingdom so much, one has to wonder if Sarasaland is functioning without its ruler around. Unlike her 'girly-girl' best friend, Daisy's more of a tomboy despite her status. She's energetic, cheerful, confident, and bears a strong competitive drive, which probably explains why she's always around to race or play assorted sports. She's not entirely fond of losing, but she's still not a complete sore loser. Sure, she'll get a little hot-headed, but that just shows she's determined to try harder next time!
As evidenced by her attire, she also has an affinity for flowers. There's also rumors going around that she and Luigi are a couple. While she and Luigi are very good friends, she hasn't really shown many signs of romantic interests towards him... at least not in public. The two of them do have one big thing in common, often being shoved into the background in favor of their 'counterparts', Mario and Peach. However, while Luigi gained more spotlight over the years, Daisy was pushed further back out of it. ...Try not to mention the name "Rosalina" in front of her either...
Most of the time she wears
her trademark dress, but she's been also spotted in
various miniskirts, a tanktop and shorts, a bodysuit she wears during some races and
a two-piece soccer uniform.
...And then there was that time where she and the other princesses had to help Peach get rid of some extra cakes she had laying around. ...It took a while to work it all off,
especially for Daisy.
Though, with those extra inches, Daisy gained a fondness for
dancing. Fitting for a desert princess, some would say.
