Meet Rozalia, the cutest little bundle of elegance and grace you'll ever meet. Okay, that might not be entirely true, but it doesn't change the fact that she is a rather elegant and composed young lady, suggesting she is of European aristocracy descent. That, however, poses even more questions: What sort of aristocratic family ends up with a daughter eight inches tall? Such questions remain a mystery, as Rozalia denies having any such upbringing, or even family for that matter.
None of that changes who she is, however. She lives in a compartmentalized apartment designed for tiny tenants such as herself, with mostly modest furnishings. She seems to have no permanent job, instead taking on a multitude of freelance tasks that people like her are perfectly suited to fulfill, such as posing in an advertisement for a cafe she frequents, resulting in the picture seen. Such freelancing jobs are more than profitable for her, since her size dictates that she does not require nearly as much to get by.
As biology would dictate, she is somewhat stronger for her size than one might expect, but certainly not superhumanly so. She certainly can't overpower a normal-sized human, so she relies on usually not needing to do so.
She's considerably friendly and polite to those who treat her well, so why not make friends? She might even take you to her favorite cafe!
