The United Federation has officially become disbanded after the deaths or sudden vanishing of 80% of its members, also, Predation has dropped to an all-time low due to an outbreak of predator deaths and disappearances. Believed to be the act of a terrorist or organisation, but with no proof, the whole world is going crazy with theories, but it all finally boiled down to a video which established "The Rumor".
Recently, a massive surge or predator deaths and disappearances were recorded in an astonishing amount. A rumor began to surface that there was a single person behind the outbreak, yet there was no proof of it's happening either way. there was no traces of foul play involved as any and all recovered bodies of the dead predators had showed any signs of an unnatural, unless accidental cause of death aside from the suicides that appeared intentional.
The widespread predator deaths and rumors that were circulated finally came to a pause when a video of a security camera that had captured footage of a stange hapening was released to public broadcasts. A predator attacked and attempted to devour a man in an alleyway, but had suddenly collapsed after a flash of light emitted from the depth of the alley. The predator collapsed and the ma escaped. Upon retrieval of the predator's body, there was no traces of any damage to the body or any unusual foreign objects. All there was to note was minor scraping from the collapse. Testimony from the victim of the attempted predation said that he "Saw and heard nothing but inside a monsters jaws and the sound of (his) own screaming."
After later observation of the video, it was discovered that after the flash of light, A silhouette of a third figure, clearly human-looking was seen spread across the wall. This was no doubt to be the cause of the rash of predator deaths. It would soon be time to launch an investigation.

Rumor is quite possibly as serious as half of Jackie Chan's stunts as there are several obvious risks involved. Unless you're aware of the complete negative outcome you'll be faced with, you should consider playing an easier character. The intention of this character is to satisfy those that are greatly sadistic/masochistic and need an specific outlet for that kind of play.
Needless to say, despite Ambika being the most powerful of those provided in the selection, Rumor is by far the deadliest and even incorrect approach is outright suicidal.
