Sabato Kiryuu (Japanese way: Kiryuu Sabato) otherwise known as the Devils Doctor. A refined, genius. He's worked on all manner of ways, biology in creating monsters or making concotions that can change a person. He also has various technology at his finger tips ready to use whenever needed to protect himself from threats. Or to hold down potential test subjects as well. Too him nothing is better than the pursuit of perfection.
