Rei Hino, a Miko who works at the Hino Shrine and trained in the art of Fire Reading with slight Psychic abilities, and her training as a Miko allows her to handle Demons and Spirits even when not transformed.

After meeting Usagi Tsukino, or Sailor Moon she discovered her dormant powers as Sailor Mars, using her Mars Crystal she can transform into the Fuku Wearing Fire wielding, Sailor Senshi known as Sailor Mars.

Her attacks are based on Flame Manipulation, along with her Miko training which she can use to help herself in battle alongside her fellow Senshi.

Her attacks are varied but she has a few, her first was the Fire Soul which she gained when her powers awakened as she continued fighting Youma's and other forces, she awakened more powers such as the Burning Mandala and much more.
