Chibiusa is the youngest of the Senshi even younger than Saturn and is the Future Daughter of Sailor Moon, inheriting her power as Sailor Mini Moon (Or Chibi Moon) she is known as ChibiUsa Tsukino to blend into the modern day, and is best friends with hotaru and with the current day Usagi acts like a little sister almost more than mother and daughter.
When she returns on her second visit she is shown to be a Sailor Senshi, as Sailor Chibi Moon, at first she was just in training having come back to learn from the Senshi from her Mother in the future.
Chibiusa has an item called Luna P a strange ball shaped like a pat with an antenna on it that she uses for strange powers and abilities.
When as Chibi Moon her moon sceptar allows her an attack called Pink Sugar Heart attack, it's strenght is unknown at this moment in time.
