Michiru Kaioh was a Young Violinist star and a love for swimming as well, she was almost what a Noble Woman should act like, Usagi herself saying Michiru acted like a Princess should, Michiru started as a Senshi before meeting the Inners with her Partner Sailor Uranus, they where the first of the Outer Scouts to appear, at first they worked alone sometimes clashing with the Inners before finally joining the group...
Sailor Neptune's powers is more on the Might of the Oceans she is Purely Water Magic unlike Mercury who is Ice and Water. Her usual attack is the Neptune Deep Submerge, but she has an item known as a Mirror, it is special it allows her to reflect attacks and also use it for almost Visions.
