Rose does not know what has become of her family. When she was only five years old her father sent her away to a monastery to be trained by monks in the ways of the samurai. They were female and herm monks, not a normal thing for monks but it was for this place. It was the same one her father was sent to as a boy and against the wishes of her mother, Rose was sent to it as well. Rose was the only one of her siblings sent to it because she was the oldest child. None of her other siblings were ever sent to it. While at the monastery Rose's only friends were the monks, they taught her about the outside world but as much as they tried to teach her, Rose ended up having a wild side to her. Once she had completed her training she left the monastery to experience the world herself. However while at the monastery strange things happened to Rose. Monks would disappear and Rose would not be seen for days, the monks never made the connection to it. Once out in the world beyond the monastery walls Rose's wild side is allowed to be let out fully.

Rose may look like she is a honor bound samurai and she is but she has a flirty and wild side to her that would not expect such a warrior to have. Rose can be serious when she needs to be but also playful when she chooses to, sometimes even slutty. Rose knows how to be sexy and sometimes uses it a tactic to distract her opponent or to have some fun. She has compassion for all living things and will only kill if she has to, she does not believe in unnecessary blood shed but that does not mean she won't make you bleed if you cross her. Rose has a sweet and kind personality unless you piss her off, cross her or hurt an innocent person or animal for no reason. Then you will see just how deadly a warrior she is and she may not show you any mercy if you persist. Rose though may have a sweet personality but she has no taste for men, having grown up around nothing but men in robes she wants really nothing to do with them other than as friends.

Rose searches for her family but she has no idea where any of them can be, so she has no idea where to look or if any of them are even still alive. She will protect those that need protection and she is not afraid to draw her sword, she may not be the best swords-mistress in the world but if you underestimate her you feel the cold sting of her blade. Rose does not go looking for a fight but she won't run from one either. She enjoys her life that she lives now but sometimes the days are long and the nights are cold and she wouldn't mind a lover or even just a companion to travel with. Of course people are still disappearing where ever Rose is at just like back in the monastery. Rose doesn't do it often but sometimes she can't help herself. For the most part Rose is enjoying life and even the occasional fight, she is a warrior after all.
