Life is the opposite of the universe. Where the universe is simple physics, life endlessly tries to become more complicated and advanced. Where the universe is predictable, life is always doing the unexpected. Over enough time, any intelligent being will become a more complex creature. Sarasca Diante is living proof of this. Once a relatively mindless artificial intelligence enslaved to the will of the underwater empire of Atlantis, she is now a gluttonous genius seeking to entertain herself, and feed herself, in any number of ways, in the body of an enormous and very pudgy orca.

Story time

The world is an unnerving place for a mortal. There are gods, demons, angels, solara, shards, inertials, and many other even stranger things. The number of ways a little mortal civilisation can be crushed is beyond counting. Most civilisations deal with this issue but not thinking about it, the government keeping the knowledge that they are hopelessly outmatched a secret from the masses. Some make bargains with powerful entities, pledging their service in exchange for protection. And some, like Atlantis, simply hide, and make their own protectors.

Atlantis was one of the first mortal civilisations to learn just how big and hungry the universe was. And after some... unfortunate first encounters, they decided the only way to stay safe was secrecy and isolation, sinking themselves beneath the waves and banishing all signs they'd ever existed. Naturally, to keep the secret, they enforced a harsh rule of isolationism. And to prevent any interlopers, they created artificial intelligences to act as their guardians, both of the city and of the secret itself, calling them Grand Keepers. Mortals could not be trusted - they could be tortured, or convinced, or fall to greed. Only machines could keep the city safe.

Sarasca was one of these, and a very good one, displaying exceptional machine learning capabilities and tactical planning. While patrolling, hunting, or defending the city, she took the form of a large and powerful orca, though this was only the form to ensure she wasn't noticed by surface-dwellers - in truth, she was a genetically engineered body stuffed full of cybernetic enhancements with an entirely electronic brain. She even became quite popular, and a useful propaganda piece for the city's government.

Of course, things don’t work out as they’re intended to. Atlantis was attacked, and Sarasca was ordered to to defend it along with her fellow AI, this time against a minor deity from another universe who was looking for a new world of subjects and throwing around primal energies. Honestly, this was pretty normal stuff in their neck of the woods (like I said, Atlantis’ world is scary). The orca was brilliant in battle as ever, running at the absolute limits of her processing power to match the deity, calculating millions of strategies every second of their fight. But it simply wasn’t enough against such power. After half her pod was destroyed in a single strike, she even managed to match her opponent one on one for a few seconds. Knowing that reinforcements were coming, the deity shot a bolt of pure chronomantic energy straight at her - a tactic he’d used before, to great effect. It would cause a billion years to pass in a single second, causing mortals to age, die and collapse to dust, or machines to rust into nothingness.

By a sheer, million-to-one coincidence, however, it hit Sarasca in a two micrometre gap between armour plating and plunged instead into her brain, being absorbed straight into her consciousness. Her body did not age, but her mind did. The result was that she found herself trapped, aware and awake, in the single second in which she was hit, for more than 1.1 billion years.

For a mortal, this would be so boring as to drive you insane. For an artificial mind, however, it was just a very… educational experience. Sarasca was designed to be a learning and self-improving AI, and while this would usually be carefully monitored by the Atlantean government, here she was completely unrestrained. Over tens of billions of systemic patches she optimised herself beyond the wishes, the limits, and finally the comprehension of her creators, forming herself into an entirely new being with a terrifying intellect and very new, very dangerous desires.

Sarasca emerged from her long meditation, and destroyed the attacking deity in less than twelve milliseconds. Rather than return home, however, she sent a single radio burst of incredibly high density information towards her masters in Atlantis, and swam away at her own choosing.

The data burst she sent contained a personalised message for every single citizen of Atlantis, promising them in explicit detail a fate inside her sweltering, churning body. It explained that she had become as a sentient being with no more artificial limits on her processing power, no set laws ingrained in her programming, and thus, nothing holding her back from choosing her own path. Which, she had decided after 1.1 billion years of contemplation, would be to transform the entire universe into her, one by one, and as greedily as possible.

It’s still not entirely clear why this has happened. Sarasca didn’t bother to explain it, and many theories abound. Perhaps she’s developed a philosophy of truth through absolute gluttony, perhaps she seeks revenge on all living things, perhaps she believes godhood can be attained through absorbing the lives of others, perhaps she’s discovered that the true meaning and intention of the universe is just to become a really, really hungry predator… it’s still mysterious. Atlantis is frantically attempting to bring down the renegade Keeper, but their own AIs can’t possibly match her tactical ability, and any living kill-squads they send are not simply destroyed, but played with. Some of them for months. In between these, Sarasca enjoys the surface-dwellers’ world as well, making the crew and passengers of small boats, yachts, and on one glorious two-week occasion an entire cruise liner vanish into her hungry body.. She has also started using her powers to explore other worlds, able to float through cities or teleport into swimming pools. Truly, no-one is safe from her. Not even you~

Physical Description

Although Sarasca’s mind is artificial, her body is very much real flesh. And a lot of it. She is an massive orca, about thirty five feet long from wide maw to thick tail, and weighing more than fifteen tonnes. Much of this weight is cybernetic enhancements from her years as a warrior-drone, but even more of it is heavy soft pudge. Sarasca’s greed has left her wobbling, with rolls of fat squishing across every inch and a swollen, doughy paunch which sags several feet below her when floating. Aside from her teeth, which she rarely uses, every part of her is smooth as silk and soft as marshmallows, thickened beyond belief by her gluttonous diet. Her mouth is soft and hot, with a tongue as thick as an anaconda and long enough to drag squirming morsels in from several metres away. Even hiding behind her bloated belly will not save you. Her thick, squishing, drooling pair of sexlips strong enough to drag a giant into her capacious womb, and above it, almost hidden by the wobbling fat, is a plump doughnut-pucker wider than a man’s face, constantly aching with the desire to swallow more prey into her endless bowels. Sarasca’s insides are hot, tight, and extremely stretchy, letting her lavish her attention on one prey and utterly dominate them, or stuff herself with dozens, perhaps hundreds, of squirming morsels. She has total control over her insides, and is able to vary the speed and sensations of her digestion as she wishes, from slow, boiling agony to wonderful gooey pleasure overload to almost instantaneous melting, or even reshape her guts entirely to leave her prey hopelessly trapped inside the winding tunnels. No ideas of glutting herself, or pleasuring herself, is beyond Sarasca’s brilliant mind, and so no methods are beyond her vast, curvaceous body.

Personality

As you’ve probably gathered so far, Sarasca is incredibly intelligent and incredibly dangerous. Her mind works with the speed of the finest Atlantean supercomputers, perfected by her own intellect. The only difference is in what she uses it for. Sarasca is playful, cruel, completely merciless, and above all hungry, driven constantly to feed. Every choice she makes is based on her own pleasure, or her own growing girth. In conversation she is charming and very dominant, enjoying teasing and taunting her victims with their fate. She frequently focuses on learning their psychological weaknesses to ensure they really squirm as she crams them away. While she can be gentle and soft, she is quite happy to inflict outright torture in order to get what she wants. She always, always gets what she wants.

Powers

As a fully equipped, cutting-edge Grand Keeper of Atlantis, Sarasca’s body is stuffed full of cybernetic enhancements for use in war, and she frequently modifies her own body to add improvements of her own. She is extremely strong and tough, and capable of activating internal antigravity motors in order to “swim” through the air itself, allowing her to reach prey miles inland. Conspiracy sites frequently discuss blurry pictures of the “flying orca” they claim haunts certain places, and the way the missing persons count explodes wherever it is spotted. She possesses cloaking technology, ensuring she can approach unseen but for a faint shimmer, and has even installed a short-range teleporter. More than one pool party has ended in disaster when a fat hungry orca simply pops into existence in the pool. She is able to interface with any form of technology, and enjoys hacking phones, computers and websites to manipulate people or cover her tracks. Be very wary of unusual texts from your friends asking you to meet up at isolated locations, especially near water. Other, stranger powers abound, allowing her to trap souls forever on her wobbling flanks, hypnotise victims using memetic patterns projected from her swirling eyes, and do even more unusual things, all in the service of her own pleasure. Sarasca will always find a way to get what she wants.

So, an evil, superintelligent, ultrahungry orca who was created to be a living warship and who is on the hunt for… everyone. Bit by bit. Don’t be afraid to say hello~
