A greater demon of the underworld, she has been summoned to the mortal plane of existence to serve as a dungeon keeper for a hundred years. She has since broken out of her contract, and has found quite a liking in the mortal plane. That was several centuries ago.
As a predator, she enjoys manipulating and tricking her prey into somehow getting themselves at least partway within her first. She loves to taunt her prey, and leaving subtle clues that allude to their eventual fate within her.
Scarlet's feeds off sinful emotions (Anger, Lust, Hunger, Fear), and gets a constant supply from the many denizens living within her body. This means she never needs to eat, sleep or drink, but she does them anyway for she enjoys doing them.
She is immensely powerful due to the huge well of souls that makes up her body, which allows her to shrug off fatal attacks with apparent ease (Though really its a bit draining on her). She rarely ever fights though, preferring to use her charm and words as opposed to getting down and dirty. When a rare mood strikes her, she may elect to become prey, curious as to the experience she gives her toys and pets on a nearly constant basis. Her demonic nature also makes her completely immune to fire, hellfire and other incredibly potent fires the only thing capable of hurting her.
Scarlet doesn't know if she has a soul at all, or if she's just the consciousness of the collection within her given life. This would explain why she grows larger with each soul within her.
Her large body is capable of consuming and storing an incredible amount of prey all at once, either hidden or as a bulging part of her body. What she can eat is also limited by which orifice she uses, along with where she sends them.

The Extra-Dimensions of Scarlet Nightprowl
She has created several pocket dimensions within which she is the total master of.
Nightprowl Bedroom
A large lavishly decorated room with a ceiling of 40 feet in height completely covered with heavy, sound absorbing velvet cloth. Aside from the giantess scaled dresser, vanity mirror, and bedpost, there is also a huge king sized bed in the middle sized for giants as large as 30 feet in size, with red satin sheets covering a soft bed beneath. There are only three exists to the room, one is an extra dimensional window with which she typically comes in from, and the other two are a pair of doors. One door has the sign "DAW" written on it, this is her bathroom where a large bathtub, shower and huge toilet rests, she has jokingly said that DAW stood for "Demoness at Work" at one point. The other door is a mystery to all save for Scarlet herself.
Endoworld of Scarlet
The insides of Scarlet's body is amazingly large, far larger than even her considerable size would indicate. Her bowels are a veritable labyrinth of mazes and dungeons where dozens of her pets have disappeared off to, it is practically a dungeon at its current state. The rest of her remains unexplored (More will be added should people feel like an Endo adventure). This also happens if she puts someone in her and forgets about them. If she instead pays attention to her digestion, they will simply go through her normal body without ever reaching this dimension.
Spiritrealm within Scarlet
The demoness has amassed a good deal of souls within her body, using them and the bodies they left behind to build her massive body. Within her body, it looks like a massive and endless ground of fleshy floor, whilst the skies appear to be a massive membrane of flesh. The souls of those used are trapped within, allowed to interact with others and travel anywhere they wish. Going in any direction seems to lead back to where they came. There is a community within her body in fact, since they are not living, they need not breath, eat or sleep. Escape is thought to be impossible, but is actually just difficult. None have managed thus far however.
