Wrap: Sei wraps her body around her target and squeezes them for a while with her powerful coils.
Twister: Sei whips up a savage tornado which tears and rips at her foe.
Dragon Rage: Sei sends out a shockwave of pure draconic rage, which always deals damage to her foe.
Dragon Tail: Sei slams her foe with her tail or throws them using her coils, the powerful slam usually ejects her foe from battle.
Aqua Tail: Sei coats her tail with water and slams it powerfully into her foe as if it were a raging wave. In the water she doesn't have to coat her tail, and it benefits from additional power.
Dragon Rush: Sei rushes her target with mence as she slams into her foe powerfully, causing most foes to flinch at the impact and pain.
Safeguard: Sei creates a mystic barrier around herself and her allies, preventing status afflictions while it's up.
Dragon Dance: A mystic dance that boosts her strength and her agility.
Outrage: Sei unleashes her draconic fury and might one of the most powerful draconic attacks a dragon type can perform. And as she uses this move, the more her fury builds, making it more and more dangerous until she wears herself out, becoming confused due to her own fatigue.
Hyper Beam: One of the most powerful attacks a pokemon can learn, a powerful beam that can rip through steel like rice paper. But due to the massive amount of energy used, Sei must recover her energy before attacking again.
Hail Changes the weather to cause snow and hail to engulf the area, damaging anything that's not an ice type, including herself.
