Seija is an Amanojaku, who is always wanting to rebel against everything! Never allies with anyone, but he only uses other people, despite being incredibly weak.
Wanting to rebel against the world, he tricked an inchling to use a miracle mallet, turning everyone's power levels upside down. His plan failed however, making him chased by every Touhou character you could imagine.
Run Seija run, run for your life. You'll get swallowed down into a tight stomach if you are caught!

Seija is usually an annoying jerk, who will always do what you don't want him do. Eew.
But you can simply understand those as Seija being a tsundere.
