Past the bramble and the thicket or through the scorching sands, wander far enough from civilization's comforts and you're
sure to find one. A gateway. A gateway made from a monolithic piece of ivory, hewn with strange runes in an ancient text.
What manner of creature the gate has been made from is long lost to the ages, as has who slew it for its bone. Most stories
of the gates aren't too concerned with how they came to be, though. They're much more concerned with what's on the other
side. For beyond the Gate of Ivory is a library, a repository of all knowledge ever known and all that ever will be known.
It stretches for leagues unknown, miles upon miles of books and scrolls and carvings. Every master piece that ever was, side
by side with every child's ramblings. It is the Infinite Library, the Multiverse's greatest treasure. But such a place is
not without its dangers. Few who ever find the Infinite Library make it back out for voracious predators lurk in its stacks.
They hunt for sustenance yet were drawn to the hallowed halls by the same thing as their prey. Knowledge is currency within
the Sacred Stacks and wits are your greatest weapon. Thus it follows that only the cleverest survive. This rule is strictly
enforced by all and Sekhem is a fierce proponent of the idea. If she should catch you wandering those endless halls you best
be able to think on your feet, or you may end up in her gut.
