Profile

Quite simply, a Shiny Gardevoir. She can't speak in human tongues directly, but can project her 'voice' psychically to communicate, sometimes moving her mouth in sync with her words to give the illusion of speech. Like all Pokemon, she can communicate with any other Pokemon in the Pokemon Language.

Currently lacks a Trainer, and is for the most part fine with that. She was born in the wild, between a mother and daughter who had both been part of one Trainer's attempts at breeding himself an exceptionally-powerful Gardevoir. (Good thing inbreeding has no ill-effects on Pokemon.) Luck was in her favor, bestowing her with perfect potential (all 31 IVs and a Modest Nature) and of course her rare coloration.

Naturally however, her Shininess has made her the attempted target of capture on multiple occasions, but she has bested these poachers and Trainers every time, becoming stronger with every battle.

She has acquired a Mega Ring and Gardevoirite during her travels, the ring being worn on her leg like a garter, generally going unseen. Despite her power though, Gardevoir generally flees any confrontation.

This is not to say she dislikes humans: she simply doesn't want to be caught, and will help those in need regardless of species if she thinks it is safe to do so, also walking around with others on the road, conversing with them or simply enjoying the company.

Were she to be captured, Gardevoir would accept her Trainer, just like all Pokemon, but may take some time getting used to following orders.

RP Possibilities

Someone captures her and starts training her, possibly including bondage.

A friendly chat between travelers.

Romance, no restrictions on species or gender.

Possible Movesets

Moveset 1 (Hit and Run):
Moonblast
Psychic
Magical Leaf
Thunderbolt (TM stolen from a defeated Trainer)

In battle, Gardevoir focuses on rapidly dealing damage, eschewing any preparation (Calm Mind) in favor of dealing with the Pokemon in front of her and, if facing a Trainer, getting away while her opponent switches to a different, likely more dangerous Pokemon.

Moveset 2 (Defiler)[For this set, assume multiple status effects are possible simultaneously]:
Hypnosis
Will-O-Wisp
Thunder Wave
Toxic

This risky strategy is built around crippling her opponent, though Full Restores can make things tricky. Still, at least one of these moves is likely to be effective on any given opponent, and Gardevoir will always try to run when the opportunity presents itself.

Moveset 3 (Can't Touch This):

Reflect
Light Screen
Flash
Double Team

A purely defensive Gardevoir does everything she can to avoid damage and mitigate the damage she takes whenever hit. Uses Flash to distract an opponent and hopefully escape. Brick Break will bust her barriers, and while she is resistant to Fighting-type moves, her poor physical defense means this could be what brings her down.

Moveset 4 (Strategic Fighter):

Thunder Wave

With the offensive and defensive boosts provided by Calm Mind and the possible extra time bought by Thunder Wave, Gardevoir can hit most anything for normal damage save Steel-types, who, in addition to having extra power against her in their attacks, could also be immune to Thunder Wave if they have Rock-typing.
