Welcome to Ravyna's Shop of Horrors!

Our proprietor, Ravyna, is a reality bender, who has decided (based on a conversation with Magical_Mindy) to open up a little magic shop here in Nexus Park, catering to the parks... Unusual patrons.

Marena the otter has been hired on as clerk and salesperson, affording her a measure of protection against the park's more dangerous denizens.

Feel free to ask either of them for access to the shop.

The shop, of course, carries a wide range of products, and occasionally services, geared toward those with exotic needs.

Buyer beware, however. The purchase price may be too good to be true. Prices are negotiated on a case by case basis, and will often involve owing the proprietor "a favor" to be collected at a later date. We are happy to negotiate, and we go to great lengths to ensure that anyone can afford to do business here.

Shoplifters will become merchandise.

The following is a partial list of products. If you don't see what you want, just ask. If we don't have it available, Ravyna may be able to cook something up just for you, but commissions cost a little extra.

Pixie Size Dust: Not to be confused with regular pixie dust. A little pinch of this glittering white powder thrown at someone will bring them to exactly six inches in height regardless of their original size. For those shorter than six inches, they will indeed grow.

Reformation Charm: This little green crystal, set in an elegant setting of gold and provided with a gold chain (no extra charge) will automatically regenerate its wearer after any event leading to their death, giving them a brand new body identical to the original. Comes in single use, or for a small extra charge, a reusable version. Optional bracelets and other settings are available on request.

Elasticity Potion: A gulp of this fuchsia colored potion will grant hours of fun as the user is rendered quite flexible. This should appeal to many customers, as it allows one to consume more than their own body volume comfortably. Be sure to drink it all for full effect.

Audrey III: Yes we shamelessly stole a pop culture reference. Our man-eating plant however looks decidedly less muppet like, and doesn't wear lipstick... Which never really made sense to begin with. Her tongue however is quite talented, and she is always hungry.

We've heard from several people that there aren't enough of these little beauties wild in the park.

She comes with an optional reformation spell, no extra charge. She has no control over this option, as she would refuse to use it. She loves to play with her food and show them a VERY good time, but she also likes to keep them.

People Flavoring: A drop of this odd little novelty placed under the tongue will cause a person to taste like the flavoring for hours. Currently available in strawberry, blueberry, sour apple, licorice, watermelon, honey.

Shapeshifting Potions: Ask about custom designs. Prefabricated versions are dragon, feline, wolf, and nagah.

Growth Potion: Double your size with each sip. Guaranteed to be a hit at parties.

Healing Potion: Will not raise the dead, but will readily prevent someone from dying. Fool your friends, drink one and stab yourself... Or not. Whatever.

Bottled Siren: An exotic product acquired from only a single island. Just sounds like noise to most women, but to males, the bottle while opened produces the most beautiful sounds their mind can conceive, driving them into a hypnotic trance unable to do other than seek out the source at all costs. Has a range of several miles, each bottle holds enough for a day of continuous use.

Summoning: Our friendly and talented staff will gladly call forth whatever exotic beast, mystical creature or eldritch beast you may wish to meet and allow you to have some fun with them in one of our back rooms.

For the sake of descriptive immersion...

The shop is entered through a portal which may be opened from any location by its employees, an arched gateway opened in the air.

The space is small, but airy, with a window to the left looking out onto an endless field of wildflowers, and a heavy wooden door with iron fittings leading into the back room.

The floor and ceiling are smooth blue flagstone, cold to the touch. The walls are entirely taken up by shelves, filled with books, bottles, boxes, and strange nicknacks.

Directly across from the portal is a counter complete with an old fashion manual cash register. The counter stretches across the entire back wall, with a panel to the right side which lifts up to allow access. The items on the shelves behind the counter include a vaguely canine, or perhaps reptilian skull, which an observant patron will note turns to watch customers as they move around the store. No need for cameras.
