Reapers, a species that has one , single purpose: to ensure the natural order of life and death remains in balance. Of course, there are some who would eschew this natural law, living beyond their time with magic, power, or simple luck... and that is where Silver comes in. As a reaper, he is focused on destroying those who have managed to survive longer than they were meant to... and thus, must be destroyed.

Of course, that's easier said than done. While the scythe of a reaper is impossibly deadly, that doesn't hold much sway on those who have already escaped it once. Hence, he tends to seek out allies, in the form of predators. A predator can devour the target, turn their body into nothing but fat... and, when the prey's soul is weak and without a body, that is the ideal time to reap them, and ensure they have no means of escape. In return, the reaper is willing to... look the other way, should the predator get into an accident. After all, anyone who disrupts the natural order is a problem, making him very appreciative of those who help him, enough to extend their lifespan.

As a reaper, he has an understandably different mindset from most humans. Even the most voracious and fatality-prone predator is someone he could get along with well enough, death being just a part of life and work to him. This mindset makes him far more friendly to such predators, considering both his acceptance of death, and the impossibility of killing a reaper. After all, predators often help him avoid too much work!

He is a rather relaxed person, though tends to get agitated when around those who defied death, the presence of them being like an irritating buzzing in the back of his head. He is rather social, and, when it comes to reaping, can be bored enough to liven things up, often offering the dying a chance at survival. Reapers can extend the lives of those they wish, though this is an ability not often used extensively.
