As you're looking at the picture you probably think that this is just an ordinary cat right? If you're thinking that then you would be wrong, this cat before you is quite an extrordinary cat.
This cat before you isn't truely alive, this cat is actually a Ghost. You see, one day about 11 years ago inside of the park of a big city there was a detective chasing a criminal through the park.
The detective fired a warning shot and the criminal stopped. The mans name was Yomiel, he was suspected of a crime that he did not commit and he ran for it the first opprotunity he got. However he soon found himself cornered in the park.
He was in a panic and he took a little girl hostage, he had stolen a gun from another detective before he ran. Both of them had guns pointed at each other and the detective was trying to calm the situation but to no avail.
However as fate would have it a meteor was headed right to the park. As the meteor impacted the ground it sent out pieces of itself everywere. one of theese pieces fell and pierced through Yomiels heart, killing him instantly.

However, this is how it would have happened if Sissel, Yomiel, and Missile from the future hadn't rewinded time back to this point to save Yomiel from ever dying in the first place. You see, after Yomiel died the special radiation that tha metoer gave off healed his body and gave Yomiels ghost the powers of the dead.
You see, this meteor was called Temsik, and the unique radiation that it gives off will give anyont that dies near it the powers of the dead, and if it were to be embedded inside of somebodie body it would prepetually heal the body back to right before the moment of death.
Before all of this happened Sissel was Yomiels pet cat who he possessed after dying whenever he was just learning his powers. He had grown attatched to this cat and brought it everywere with him. Howeve one day Yomiel had set his revenge plan into motion and something went wrong.
Yomiel possesed a young female detective named Lynne. He blamed her for being in the park for him to take hostage that day 10 years before. He wanted his revenge so he possesed her and made it look like she had murdered him by making her shoot his body.
However Lynnes willpower was strong and the first shot missed Yomiels body... unfortunately it hit something else... Sissel. He was inside of the bag Yomiel was carrying and the first bullet hit him, causing him to die instantly.

Unfortunately for Sissle he was unconcious for a few muinutes after he died, and he thought that at first he was Yomiel, as he could not remember a thing from before he died.
So began his quest, with his newfound powers he helped save Lynne after a hitman tried to kill her, she did not know that it was Sissle until he had saved her a second time. Every time that Lynne died Sissle saved her by going back 4 muinutes before her death and saving her.
Sissel only wanted to find his identity, but he ended up doing a whole lot more.He saved Lynne multiple times, he saved teh minister of justice, he saved a dog named Missile (Only for him to die again later and then come back to life but saving is saving), he saved a death row inmate who was an ex police detective who was accused of a crime that he xonfessed to but did not commit.
He ended up finding the truth about what had truely happened the night that the detective was arrested, what had happened was the detectives daughter had built a machine to suprise her mother for her birthday, unfortunately Yomiel altered the machine, he added a gun to it that would shoot the detectives wife.
The contraption worked, the detectives wife got shot and killed. Fortunately Sissel, along with the help of the detecitve Jowd and Lynne and a few others found out the whole story. Yomiel was planning on selling a chunk of the meteorite to a different country were they would likely weapoinize it. Yomiel in return wanted a new life for himself, but they ended up betraying him.

They blew up their own submarine in an attempt to trap Yomiel at the bottom of the ocean. However Yomiel, Sissel, and Missle possessed a torpedo and got Lynne to launch it at were they had sent Yomiels body, they had a found something interesting, Yomiels body sti had a core in which they could go back 4 muinutes before his death. They did this and ended up saving his life, so their whole adventure ended up never happening.
However all of the still had the memories of it. There wa one thing that changed though, Yomiel had not been hit by a fragment of the meteorite, but there was somebody who did get hit by it and never have it taken out. Sissel, he was nearby when the meteor hit and got hit by another fragment, detective Jowd ended up taking Sissel home and making him the family cat, however something was strange, he never aged. The meteor had the same affect of Sissel as it did Yomiel.

(Insert original story of how he got to the Nexus here. ) Did you really expect me to think of my own story immediately after writing all of that? Nah, i'll just put down some of his abilities and fill out the story later.


Powers:
Manipulating objects- Sissel can manipulate objects into doing things, such as raising or lowering a gate, or something like that.
Manipulating living things- Sissel can posses living beings into doing what he wants them to do.
Swapping objects- Sissel can swap objects that have the same shape, or appear to have the same shape.
Transportation- He can trace telephone calls and get to phone to phone while in spirit form.
Time travel- Sissel can travel back in time as far as 4 muinutes before somebody died, as long as their death was within the last 24 hours
((I know i am going to get harrassed with shit like "Oh, you idiot he doesn't even have half these powers" but let me explain that i gave him theese other powers and I have a logial explanation as to how he got them. Now that he got the meteor in him it makes his powers stronger, and because it has been an extremely long tim his powers have gotten stronger, and have even given him new ones. ))

After he asked Sisse ate and digested Whiatt
