Skaadi “Adi” Borg is a young adult who has always wanted to become a military sniper. Unfortunately for her, she failed the physical and health requirements to enlist and was denied any attempted applications with mercenary companies. Luckily, Skaadi was offered a job as a beta tester for a new virtual reality program. Now she can upload her consciousness into a virtual avatar in this new world that she can explore and live out her fantasies safely. However, she is unaware that this new world is actually an alternate dimension where Pred and prey roam together in a constant struggle for survival. Skaadi is aware of the other beta testers, now that Mistress_Tekaraz uploaded everyone in the program to a new data bank system where they can track and communicate with one another freely. |
Skaadi is Lawful Impure in her personality. While immersed in a new world, Skaadi has taken on her inner persona. Her chosen gamer tag is "Adi", symbolizing her focused, determined attitude and play style. Her mood changes often and she is unable to conceal her feelings while immersed due to her brains direct impulses influencing her responses in the system. Since she believes that this is all just a game, she is not concerned with moral correctness and does what she must to complete her missions. She often avoids interacting with others unless she needs information on a location or target. She regards all those that she meets as advanced AI and thinks that any emotions they display are just programmed responses, caring very little for their troubles, but not going out of her way to cause unnecessary pain. Adi abides by a strict personal code of conduct and laws: killing only when needed for completing jobs to earn money and experience, avoiding collateral damage and unwanted attention when able, but never allowing her emotions to influence her or hesitating to pull the trigger when she has a clear shot on her prey. |
She is able to interact with her inventory and gear through a virtual menu that suspends in front of her whenever she waves her hand vertically. In her inventory, she can access various outfits and accessories. As a sniper, Adi typically relies on her “PGM Ultima Ratio Hecate II” .50 BMG long-ranged sniper rifle to complete all of her missions. Adi prefers to only accept assassination missions to send her unfortunate targets on a one-way trip through the Kennedy Express, as it bests suits her skills and play style. She is able to load special ammo into her rifle for difficult assignments. Her special ammo can alter her target or environment, changing a targets size or causing an elemental effect on an area (fire, ice, lightning). If that isn’t enough, she also carries a Glock 18C with an extended magazine and a KA-BAR 1217 fighting knife for when things get up close and personal. Her gamer tag "Adi" also hovers above a small circular cross-hair icon above her head whenever someone else happens to look up when speaking directly to her. The circular cross-hair normally displays as light blue in color, but will change based on her behavior and mood. If she is devious to others, it may change to lime green. When she intentionally kills another person, the circular cross-hair changes to red for a short duration. |
Adi requires focus to stay on target and complete her missions efficiently. She is able to gain focus when things are calm or when she receives help from others. However, she is prone to loss focus when under extreme stress or emotional turmoil. Losing focus can cause Adi to be more prone to clumsiness and making mistakes. I am open to chatting with anyone, but please don't demand a scene under the overly simplified reasoning being "Eat me, please!!!". I don't often have a lot of free time, so I am a little picky about the scenes I will engage in. I don't like to start things if I don't feel invested in them. So when requesting a scene, please be courteous and not pushy. Try to have an interesting idea for the scene that involves more than just sex or a getting eaten, those get boring after doing them repeatedly -_- Also, please avoid asking real life questions or discussing what you think I'm like IRL. I generally come here to escape and forget about work and such, so having it brought up here kinda irritates me. It's perfectly fine to discuss anime, manga, video games, tabletop games, movies, shows, music, books, and such. I love talking about anime and video games and as I mentioned before, I will talk with anyone as long as they respect my preferences. So feel free to approach me OOC and chat whenever my DND sign is not up. ^~^ I'm interested in scenes that really test the moral compass and sanity of my character, so anything that will put her in a morally compromising situation either good or bad will most likely be interesting to me :3 It could be a decision to help someone in order to gain an item or treasure, but being betrayed or deciding that it's not worth the effort and toying with the "quest giver" instead.
