Skipper is an abnormally sized Swampert. He is quite large for his kind, and extremely pudgy, from his frequent snacks meals and treats. He's not round or a giant blob or anything, but he is more than obviously chubby. He loves to eat, but on occasion he sees himself as needing to loose weight, and will start an exercise routine and even a diet. Well he will try to anyway, until temptation strikes and he gobbles up an innocent passer by. He's actually quite slobbish but doesn't try to be, burping and farting in public. Also he smells a bit, and he is sensitive about that as well as his weight.

He likes to act cooler than he really is and takes insults heavily. However he can be a nice guy if you get to know him. On the opposite side of that coin, he can be a jerk if you annoy him, so watch out. He also likes to try to impress the ladies and the dudes, but wouldn't know what to do if it worked, as he gets nervous once someone comes on to him. I also mentioned he wasn't to physically fit, but if there is one thing his working out has helped him with, it's his running. Yes, the fat swampert can run, and swim quite fast, although he will get winded after a bit.

The only thing he often will wear for clothing is a pair of blue swim trunks with golden spiral patterns on them that somehow defy the laws of physics and stay on even with his tail. They also allow him to shove things through them up his butt. hehe Majiks.

Another odd trait he has that could be taken as some kind of majik is an odd characteristic of his insides. The inside of his mouth, throat, stomach, and digestive track are all a light. soft, bright blue, and are not at all dark, in fact they seem to be slightly illuminated from all sides. And since we are speaking of his insides, I should tell you they are softer than silk and are coated with a sticky but slippery slime that coats his prey. This slime also fills his stomach in the place of acids and is harmless, yet hard to get out of your fur or scales or feathers ^^

Ideas
+I kinda like the idea of someone TRYING to catch skipper as their pokemon and seeing how it goes, maybe forcing him to be an unwilling pokemon, or feeding him and pampering, or failing and getting caught by him instead
