The Little Blue forest is that place, but it didn't get it's name from it's size or color though.

You see, this forest is the domain of a shy blue naga named, well... Little Blue. However, unlike other nagas, Little Blue is quite small, only about as tall as a regular human. Because of that she's become a little fearful of the humans who visit her forest, considering the large numbers of them who try to hunt for her and stomp on her tail. She scrapes up whatever food she can, but people do not view her as something to be scared of at all.

One day while running from a hunter, however, Blue ran across a little book of magic spells that the human had dropped. Intrigued, she took the book back to her pit and began to read it. And read, and read. Turned out that the little naga had some magical ability after all, arming herself with the knowledge of the spells the book contained to at least give herself some protection. Even then, they aren't that high-leveled, mostly creating flashes of light and small fireballs, but it works.
