Personality
Stephanie di Cecco is brash, bold, and filled with bravado, amongst other B-words. She speaks with a low, booming, echo-y voice, her eyes glow with power, she levitates everywhere just for the hell of it. She's very confident in her ability to use magic, knows where to find every spell, and could put everyone in this damn room in their place.

Or so she wants you to think.

The simple fact of the matter is that Stephanie can barely magic her way out of a paper bag, and you can believe she's been put in a few. Just totally and completely incompetent. And the second anyone asks her to do anything the act faulters. Sure, she'll make a grand speech about how you're just too insignificant to be worth her attention but it's just a clever lie. And the second she gets called on this she'll sputter and stammer and protest too much. Her facade is amazingly easy to see through.

That said, she does know a few simple spells. It just never seems to be enough to keep her out of danger...

Abilities and Caveats
Magic needs fuel, and the more you use it the more fuel it needs. Magic runs on sentience, the killing and eating of living things, and it demands so much of this that Stephanie can eat her way through an entire office building and still come out thin as a rail. She metabolizes insanely quickly and the matter just kinda disappears.

So Stephanie really just wants to show off, act big, maybe enact a few revenge fantasies, but the mere presence of magic on her person (in the form of her staff and her copy of Count Benedict D'Finger's Tome of Elder Magic) and the use of such artifacts demand her to become a killing machine.

Which sucks because she's really bad at it.
