Basically Counterside's Miya, focused on the streamer girl aspect of her. Nice, kind, does a lot of charity work, optionally pulls from the Counterside universe where she has superpowers and part of her streaming routine is "going into the dimension full of monsters and streaming her kills in front of a live audience."
