Sun is a Soul Fairy, the offspring of a Soul Weapon. She appears as a small ball of blue-white light, with wings growing out the back. As she grows, she may obtain alternate forms. Despite being just born, she can already fly very well, and can speak clearly, though she knows few words.

Soul Fairies have many abilities, but since Sun is the first known one to exist, they are all undiscovered. She is, however, virtually immortal. Being made mostly of energy, she reforms easily. Only a creature who is not only capable of digesting souls, but very VERY good at it could finish her off for good. Even then it wouldn't be easy, or a good idea, since it would piss off a large number of very powerful people. She IS virtually immune to digestion pain though, so she's not likely to be too opposed to being eaten, especially by a good friend, as long as she's quite sure they won't try and take her soul.

Eating the Soul Fairy allows one to temporarily absorb her fire-element abilities. Since Sun gets these from her mother, the predator becomes capable of controlling Awai Hikari's white flames. Aside from being incredibly hot, they also dispel illusions. And as a bonus, the predator's speed and strength is enhanced as well. Unfortunately, these powers only last until Sun is digested, at which point the pred returns to normal.
