Abilities

Enhanced Condition - Gems naturally have higher strength, speed, durability, and movement abilities than humans, but the level depends on the gem. Sonny is a moderate, compared to most gems. Though his speed and movement capabitilies are his top tier, while strength and durability are on the lower end of the scale.

Levitation - A basic ability that Sonny is constantly using. Sonny does not usually walk, he prefers to hover everywhere.

Acrobatics - Sonny is more competent in acrobatics and agility, which he uses in tandem with his flight to make himself a very floaty being.

Non-Senescence - Gems do not age, and thus do not die of natural causes like humans. However, they can still be killed if their gemstone is shattered.

Bubbling - Gems have the ability to encase an object inside a bubble. The color of the bubble depends on the Gem. The bubbles can be sent to wherever the bubbler considers "home".

Shapeshifting - Gems can temporarily alter their physical forms. The more mass the altered form has relative to the Gem's normal form, the harder it is to maintain.

Regeneration - When a Gem suffers a fatal injury, they "poof," releasing their physical form and retreating into their gemstone in order to create a new, undamaged form. The amount of time this process takes depends on a number of factors, including whether or not they are changing the appearance of their form.

Gravity Shifting - Gems' bodies will automatically adjust to different levels of gravity.

Weapon-Summoning - Sonny's weapons take the shape of energy sabers, much like lightsabers, that extend from his hand. They are a bright golden yellow with a white center. They can either cut, or they can act as blunt weapons depending on what Sonny wishes them to be.

Fusion - Gems can combine bodies and minds to form a larger and more powerful Gem with all of their components' gemstones on their body. Fusion Gems can unfuse willingly or fall apart for a number of reasons, and they can fuse further without unfusing first. Fusions inherit all of their components' weapons, and may combine multiple weapons into new forms.

Photokinesis/Light Manipulation - Sonny has a moderate form of photokinesis, able to brighten up auras around people or objects or dim/blot out lights by absorbing it. Right now, he can only do this through physical contact with what he wants to do this too. Though he can suck the light out of a 15 foot radius around himself.

Blink - An ability that seems like teleportation, but is actually Sonny briefly moving at light speed with his specialization.

Beam Summoning - Sonny can summon beams that look like his weapons and fire them around or keep them in place. Though once they are summoned to aim a certain way, they cannot be turned. He is also able to fire normal energy beams if wanted.

Light Clone - Sonny can make clones of light, though they can be told from the original just by taking a closer look and seeing that they are more translucent. They can still do damage though, and summon weapons of their own. Though the more he makes, the more concentration it takes to maintain them, so he prefers to only use one.

Light Solidification - Sonny basically makes hardlight, which he utilizes to make holographic looking walls and platforms.

-Crash landed and met with Psi_Dot practically immediately and now sort of follows her around. Also had Tobi_Tachibana explain emotions to him, but has yet to develop emotions.
