Elliot Tolliver is in fact Otto Octavius, in a cloned body that combined his own DNA with that of Peter Parker's. Arrogant, brilliant, and now sporting all of Spider-Man's powers in a slick new outfit, he can oscillate between heroics and villainy as he strives to be what he has always known he was - Superior.

Yes this is a Marvel Fan Character, made to have some kinky superhero fun with a character that wasn't given enough screen time in the comics. Plus he's got that kind of a jerk thing going on that makes it so satisfying to see him win or lose spectacularly.

Elliot Tolliver has taken Trapdoor under his tentacle hoping to train the girl in how to be Superior. He has started investigating where her origins may lie and has confirmed that they share Parker DNA, though it chafes him some, he has come to accept her title of ‘Uncle Tolliver’. One thing is for certain, a clone she might be, but she isn’t one of Jackal’s creation. Something else is going on here. Something Sinister.
