No, no she's not. Svitlana is a straightforward gal, most of the time. She knows that she wants to enjoy life, and she enjoys it primarily through other people. Snarky, perky, and with far too many curves contained in such a short gal, she lives for getting a rise out of people, particularily her friends.
While affectionate and caring, her friends have become well aware of why they shouldn't show any manner of weakness around her. Not because she's a bitch, but because she is the worst, most awful tease. As soon as she's discovered anyone's buttons, she will have a blast pressing each and every one any chance she gets. The woman can downright cackle once she's seen the telltale signs of someone getting worked up, blushy embarrassment, flustered voices.
She enjoys taking control. In the bedroom or out, she loves the feeling of taking care of someone, regardless of whether they want it. So yes, she'll come to your birthday party and make sure you open the lovely (pink, fuzzy) collar she got you with "Property of Svitty" on the nametag, making sure to give a knowing wink as everyone else laughs. But only if she knows you'd laugh with everyone else. She doesn't enjoy hurting people, unless they like it.
And when she wants to unwind, she likes to listen to and play music. She's got a Cello that sits next to her closet, and a fat little pug named Frankie who is the reason she doesn't have carpets.
