A government agency of mostly female ninja that infiltrate and disrupt the supernatural operations of the underground. Sakura Igawa is one such Taimanin. The tomboyish young woman an over decade’s long veteran of the corps. A feat rarely achieved by Taimanin due to the nature of their work. For the life of Taimanin is one where any day could be your last and where death or mindless sexual slavery is a mercy. Many Taimanin never come back from their first missions and are simply consumed by the darkness. Yet, the few who manage to return like Sakura and her sister Asagi become legends whose very names strike fear into underground.
