The tech support for the whole Neo fleet is not on the shoulders of this one girl but rather the teams she controls. She has several drones that gaurd her no physical humans get close to her or her control center.
She is only approached by Overlord Neo the eldest sister. As for her skills? She controls alot of machines and can use various items on the ships or on the feild to take down Neo's enemies.
