Shiori is the daughter of Inubashiri Momiji and Lady Tenma II, also known as Kagami No Tenma. Being the daughter of such respected and powerful individuals, there would be a lot expected of her to become the next Tenma...except for the fact she is the youngest. She does have an older brother who is, in fact, far more suited for the leadership roll, when their mother finally decides to even step down.
Nevertheless, she is still seen as a princess among the tengu, and is treated with great respect and admiration because of it. Being an Inu, she should have become a member of the border patrol like her brother, but the simple fact that she is...well...weak and thin-boned like a Karasu precluded her from ever becoming a member of the guard. Truth be told, she is absolutely frail, and even at this point in her life, she has broken a few bones in training. Because of this, though, she inherited her grandmothers wind manipulation, to a degree even they could not comprehend.
Personality
Very different from her slightly-hotheaded mother....and yet nothing like her overly reserved, nerdy brother. People often liken her to Sanae, of all people. A very sweet and loving girl, often times giving hugs to people she just met that day, and more then happy to help someone in any way she can, she is beloved by the tengu for this very reason, even if her normally reserved brother is...highly protective of her, as the boys in the village do everything they can to take advantage of her kind, and loving nature.
It doesn't help she has a very sexy body, which gets her in worse trouble in terms of horny inu boys. Needless to say, she is often watched by one of her parents, or her brother for that very reason.
Abilities
Flight: She is quite the strong flier, though she is nowhere near her brother or mother in terms of flight speed.
Running speed: she can run amazingly fast, even able to manipulate air pressure to allow her to run even faster then people expect.
Wind Manipulation: Being trained as the karasu tengu, she has a high degree of wind manipulation, allowing her to change the direction of the wind, throw balls and huge gusts of wind, create tornados and typhoons, and even send cutting blades of wind through the air.
Pressure Manipulation: Her natural, innate ability. She can control the wind and pressure of the air so well, she can induce storms with a flick of her wrist, literally remove air pressure from around herself and others, be it safely or not, use the pressure to force liquids out of her way...and even drop the pressure within someone's body, causing them to become inflicted with horrible vertigo or worse.
