He helps out with a secret mafia. He carries shipments to other members, usually weapons and high valuable items. He has a team of different pokemon to help him out. But when the cops are after him, he ditches his clothes and acts like a regular Meowth.

He doesn't use any weapons. But he has a grapple gun to either help climb buildings or capture people.
