Terry Laher is a mysterious Cyborg that comes from the distant future. He is an assassin with time travelling capabilities and is very good at what he does. He has assassinated many people and considers himself "The Judgeman." He investigates a target and determines on if they live or die by his hand. His favorite weapon is his pistol known as
"Judgement" as he considers it what chooses the fate of a target as it is a very deadly weapon that he has customized. His Robo companion is a mysterious robot eye he calls "Third Eye" as he uses him to spy on his target sometimes.
