Thana is obviously short for Thanatos.....
One can ponder death as many things, an ending of being, a period of nonexistance, even that short time between reformation or Ressurection. The Rapture, The big one, The end of all, There are many different myths behind death, many ways he or she can be personified.
Thats why Thana decided she wasen't going to choose, but pick a few things from them all, or however the person wishes to see her.
Thana is the 932,000th 'Lucky' person to take up the Unnoble position of the 'Ferry across the river styx' The Grim Reaper, Death, Ankou, Shinigami, Yama, or the other various names for her.
She isnt here to kill you, she isnt here to rip your soul from your body, hell she isnt even hear to drag you off to 'heaven' or 'hell'...Mostly she is here to make sure you pass on as you should. A sort of 'Guide' to the path you wish to take. As one would expect, Death is seen in many different ways to most mortal beings, through religion or otherwise. All Thana is suppose to do is push them on the right track, or on entirely odd occasions, she is suppose to help them choose a path.
That is to say, some people dont like her presence anyway. They fear death, they know it will not happen to them, they think they can cheat it, fight it, drive it away.....But noone escapes death...Noone

Thana as a person, however, is a fairly cheerful girl, who enjoys meeting people to the point she'll even come to the mortal world and chat it up with a few of them....obviously this gets some real odd looks on her part, but it doesnt stop her from doing it.
A small list of things she enjoys are as follows
Cats: They are nice.
Horses: She has a white one to ride herself.

Hugs: Specially hugging kitties, but humans are fine too.
Chatting: Could be anything, as long as one is talking.

Ooh the possibilities are endless with this alt, Death is something rarely seen on EKA's and this is a perfect place for your character to experience some form of death.
Sometimes Death decides to take moral form, just look at the picture for a guide on how she looks, the scythe on her back and the skull on her belt.
No, she cant kill you just by touching you...that would be silly.
DEATH ALWAYS SPEAKS IN CAPITAL LETTERS. But obviously cant, because of the Cap Limit, to assume she is speaking in Capital letters...And if you dont get the reference, shame on you and dont worry about it.
