In modern times the bar sits in the middle of a busy city full of sin. The bar itself seems to almost be the center of the town with levels of debauchery that is nearly unrivled. Vore is a commonly know end to some of their customers nights with pay per use reformers always available.
In ancient times its a bar that sits in the middle of three major trade cities. Its a well known stop for those who need a drink. Its friendly staff is shrounded in mystery to some with rumors of retired adventurers being their most common staff member.
