He's a genius bio-engineer that frequently tortures people with everything from knives to his own experimental drugs. He might hack of a few limbs or give you extra ones. He could turn you into a different creature or just make your skin into a new raincoat.
Character is made for mostly non-vore scenes but could feature in scenes with perma death or transformations.
