Alexstrasza the Growthbinder is magnum opus of the Keilah gang. She is the reason why dimensions was not crushed entirely by the sheer power of some girls. She keeps the balance between powers. Legends say that the growthbinder could take the power of all girls for herself or give it to someone else even though it would probably completely overwhelm them but who knows maybe that's just a rumor to keep some bad girls under little control at least. She switches dimensions quite often to evade the evil beings from capturing her for their own use. It is not the best security measure but so far it kept working.
