Meet Alestra, Minyu, and Urelia, the lake guardians of Sinnoh. Though individually they're rather weak, together their psychic powers are formidable. Granted, most people only see one at a time, only gathering together during downtime. They're all quite friendly, though each of course have their own disposition, like, dislkes, and limits.

Alestra the Azelf is the romanticist of the group, both pursing love interests of their own and trying to set others up. A strong believer in that the individual is the captain of their own life, they live free spirited and act on whims of passion, the only barrier being the willpower one has. Given that Alestria is the being that gave willpower in the first place, they have quite a lot of it.

Minyu often takes the role of the basketcase, a whole host of issues and drama going on behind the scenes and is quick to spread gossip, regardless if it's backed up or not. Overly emotional and flighty, they blush easily and are offended even quicker. Soft words are to be spoken, too harsh a tone might make them cry. Has the craziest ideas of the bunch, usually the one responsible for any misadventures happening.

Finally, Urelia is levelheaded and calm, willing to reason with anyone so long as a conversation can be held. They hang back and smooth talk through an encounter, rarely taking physical action and acting something of a teacher to the other two. Urelia soothes quarells between Minyu and Alestra, mediating in whatever dispute happens to be taking place with a soft, pleasing psychic voice.



Any or all of them can be played with, in any combination, all dependant on the setting and goals of a scene. They can also be either gender in any combination for the same, though I myself prefer female. Quite adaptable to anywhere, I just love group play with them.


Potential scenarios:
One (or more) of the trio being snatched up by a plant in hiding

All three getting gobled up by a Rayquaza

Excited new trainer wants to meet the guardian of the lake, and meets them a little too intimately

A power hungry wizard/warlock/sorcerer/demon seeks the control of emotion, will power, and knowledge by consuming and subsuming each of the guardians, one by one

In-stomach adventures, where digestion is so slow anyone inside has more than enough time to go about doing things.

Converting someone into a 4th lake spirit, as punishment or reward.
