the following is my default appearance and my back story.
looks like young man in a hooded cloak but looks can be deceiving as a shapeshifter he can change his form at will to trick or eat his prey from a dragon to a old lady he will use any method to trick his prey.

BACK STORY (( WORK IN PROGRESS ))

i hail from the kingdom of foldare where my kind where shunned for eons so in hopes of being able to cook in peace i travelled the globe in search of many different recipes to cook my prey.from simple sandwiches and just setting the meal on a platter after being stuffed with fruit to even making flambe and exquisite cakes i have master my craft being able to cook anything or anyone for that matter to the clients preference ( aka the prey about to be eaten by myself or chat ). being a shapeshifter gives him cartoon like propertys so he is not hurt by being sqwished , streched , blown up extra extra because his plans back fires in trying to eat the wrong person.
as a shapeshifter he puts his abilities to good use from turning his hand into a stuffer to stuff his prey to even a spatula to even becoming a puddle after he gets squashed. he always bounces back to the dismay of prey and predators alike.
back story
back as a lad he never knew his father so instead was raised by his grandfather a famous shapeshifter known by many names and even more faces but his real name was achivald j scott. now his grandfather was a master of tricky fooling his prey into think he was someone else from a loved one to a enemy his trickery was flawles. naturally being raised by such a man lets john adapt any role thus the chef was born a master of culinary works of all types from simple sandwiches made from mini people to giants becoming exquisite turduckens he has done it all.
but one blunder will cost him dearly in the kingdom of dargenmore. this is that tale and his foolish endeavor.

WHEN I GET OUT OF HERE YOUR HEAD WILL ROLL YOU FILTH COMMONER DO YOU HEAR ME IT WILL ROLL the princess yell from the back of the cart trying to escape but to no avail.
At last he sees it the city gate slowly closing as the guards are in hot pursuit. A hundred meters now fifty now twenty no he thinks as the gate shuts firmly into place sealing it shut. SHIT SHIT SHIT the_chef swears as he desperately tries to turn the cart so it won't crash the princess laughing in the back.

The cart swirved threatening to topple over at any minute the_chef desperately trying to get it under control when he saw it a very narrow back alley that just might be big enough for his cart to get through. He shakes his head no time to think only do he takes the reins and wills the cart to go faster towards the cliff.
He wills the cart forward over the cliff the princess screaming in fear and the chef laughing as they plummet towards the ground. The chef climbs under the falling cart and kicks sending him towards the ground at a alarming rate why slightly slowing the carts speed. SPLAT the chef is instantly turned into a silver puddle when he hits the ground. Ow note to self buy more pain killers but first need to catch the cart the chef says as he begins to pull himself together. As soon as he is pulled back together he begins to expand like a ballon then pop he bursts when the cart lands safely intact on top of him.
