Most tinies don't last long in the Nexus. It's a cruel statement, but it's the truth. Melissa, however, is an exception. Despite having been born tiny, she's managed to not just survive, but thrive. Even with the harsh conditions presented by a world far larger than her, Melissa has become a bit of an expert at avoiding potential predators and people desiring toys or pets. Quite a few have tried, but thus far she's evaded them all with a mix of agility, quick thinking, and a whole lot of luck. Luck that she credits to her orange necklace, which she considers a good luck charm of sorts after narrowly escaping from a rather hungry feline a few minutes after finding the piece of jewelry.

Personality wise, Melissa's life thus far has molded her into a strong willed individual. She views those larger than her as threats, and treats them accordingly. Better safe than sorry, right? While that type of thinking has kept her from making any friends, it's also saved her life on more than one occasion. And while her life is a lonely one, she knows better than to risk throwing away her life or freedom just to help fill that void. She'll do anything to survive.

Melissa has been hiding in your home for some time, coming out at night to grab some food before slipping back in the shadows. Realizing that something's going on, your character sets up a trap, only for it to work! Melissa's finally been caught! The only question remaining is... what to do with her?

A chase scene involving your character hunting down Melissa after catching a glimpse of her! This could take place in the forest or in the city.

Melissa is in trouble. Perhaps her leg is broken, or perhaps she's ill. Whatever it may be, she's finally forced to rely upon someone far larger than her for help.

After being caught, Melissa is sold on the black market and falls into the hands of your char

Cold and near death, Melissa collapses in the snow, only to be found by your character and brought to their home. As for what becomes of her afterwards? That's your decision!
