"Tragic" Backstory
Raised up in a well off household, Tito was rarely made to do any actual work around the estate and was even more rarely given no to any request. Which is why when a handsome lad he fancied in the nearby town refused his marriage proposal he was taken aback. Coming from a family of hard working farmers, the man couldn't bear the thought of accepting the hand of a noble too afraid to get his hands dirty. And while it did hurt Tito's feelings he was prideful to a fault and would not allow for such an insult to his character be proven right. So he took a large sum of his inheritance and opened an Inn called the Plucked Rose and spent a small fortune making it the most luxurious one in the realm. Doing actual work has humbled him a bit but he still has some bratty tendencies from time to time and still hates to be told no.

Tito can be quite the taskmaster but also a benevolent one if he grows fond of you. Employees will be given free living accomodations on top of their normal paycheck. They may also use any of the Inns services free of charge with the exception of the Courtesans. They set their own prices.
