Other traits:
She has astigmatism and should be wearing her glasses or contacts but she prefers not to. She also wears a uniform when on duty resembling a police officer's uniform. Off duty, she wears the casual clothes picture above. When at home, she wears her relaxed attire which are an over sized T-shirt and a pair of baggy sweatpants.
Background:
Antoinette "Toni" Starling was raised by her stern grandparents along with her younger sister. She was always energetic, fun loving, and daring. On many occasions, she got herself into trouble at home due to her playful nature. Her grandparents never appreciated her personality, likely due to some resentment towards her mother. Still, she grew into a kind, yet tough girl. Due to continuing circumstances involving her family that were less than positive, Toni often found herself taking on a protective role and looking after her younger sister. Only six days after graduating from high school, she left home to serve in the military. Toni was stationed in Japan for four years and the experience made her even tougher than she already was. She married a Japanese man and had a child by him after returning to her homeland. The birth of her daughter calmed her down some and Toni changed her previously care-free, party centric lifestyle. Needing a job to help her husband support their family in a bad economy, she considered becoming a police officer in the city where she was raised but a different opportunity came knocking. She was approached by the PTCA and she decided to join their secretive organization to protect people from the dangerous predators that roamed the planet. She had talent and a power inside of her that were tapped by PTCA, and she could have risen up the chain of command quickly if she was more committed to her work. Her missions went well for a while but on one fateful day, she became separated from her team members and was taken by a dragon. Toni was presumed dead by the Agency and they informed her husband. Saddened, the man returned to his home in Japan with their child. Almost a year after these events, the Agency would learn that Toni hadn’t died; she was alive and well, with a “bigger and better body,” as she described it. The newly transformed dragoness had all but forgotten about her past life and was even going by a new name – Nemesi.
Personality:
Her timid appearance is deceiving. She's much stronger than she appears and will throw punches when push comes to shove~ She prides herself on being able to maintain her feminine qualities yet be tough enough to take on any challenge that comes her way. She's not without her limits, however, and when faced with a situation that she can't possibly win she knows to get the hell out of there - and she may be a tad on the heavy end of the spectrum but she carries her weight well. Unfortunately for her, she doesn't always recognize when she's in over her head until it's already too late. Incidentally, she's also known for being scatter brained and a helpless procrastinator.

Her dragon form, Nemesi, may look vastly different now but I'll eventually address that issue. Since this character is transformed in her future, any role plays with her will be taking place in the past. It's likely to cause some serious paradoxes in your character's story lines if you don't keep that in mind. C:
