In this timeline, Rena is a full human with a human family, as opposed to being a snow woman born to a human family. To this end, she favors plenty of Ice Pokemon, as well as Grass and Water. For some reason, this version of Rena isn't fond of socks, so she's often seen going around in sandals even when it's cold. Her hair also has a slight curl, for some reason. Might be the lack of ice in her blood. She also finds her self more predatory in vore than her snow woman version.

Just because this Rena is human doesn't mean she's entirely normal, though. She has a rather unique power that arises when she takes a battle seriously, which raises a few eyebrows since it makes good use of her hot blood. Every now and then, her consciousness links with the Pokemon she currently has out on the field, boosting their combat performance. However, this means that whatever the Pokemon feels, Rena feels a fraction of, but it can still hurt quite a bit.

In terms of her background, she's technically been a trainer for... God, almost all her life. Born in the Unova region and moving to Kanto when she was little, she got Estez back when she was about three, though it wasn't until the end of grade school when she evolved him from Piplup to Prinplup and got Shiki. Truthfully, she's been too focused on school to do too much legitimate Pokemon training, though with high school done and over with for her, she now has a lot of time she doesn't necessarily know what to do with... so she figured she'd train some more for the fun of it.

So really, she's not in it to be the best, she's in it to have fun, and go meet people.
