Story: Claire is just one of those people who's parents believed she should study before doing anything involving pokemon, learning to counter them, which pokemon is what, stuff she could have learned on the road as 10 but she had to wait 7 years before she was aloud to become a trainer, she even tried to sneak out of the city but the guards stopped her at every try, she asked Professor Oak when he came for he's radio show once a month but he shot her down saying that only those from Kanto can take one of he's starters.
The years went by and more and more pokemon was being notified, pokemon she couldn't catch, by the age of 17 she went screw it and ran off during the middle of the night and out into the grass lands just below Goldenrod, only deciding to come back to take the 3rd badge from the gym leader, however while she was out looking for pokemon, she came across a abandoned Cyndaquil named Curious. Befriending and capturing it, she had named it Curry and with her starter in hand, she was going to go claim some badges.
However under that hyporactive face and well developed body is the DNA of a Legendary pokemon in the form of Mew.
Since Mew's are known to be somewhat pranksters, The little cat pokemon decided to play a prank on a pair of humans at random, stalking them for a while. Mew would make it's move, taking the form of Claire's Father and sleeping with her mother, of course in the long run it sounded impossible but never make a wish on the Jirachi Star.
Claire's mother only wished to become pregnant, not knowing that her daughters baby daddy would be a pokemon but everything seemed fine up till the point Claire became sexually attracted to pokemon.
Around the age of 14, Claire would tap into her pokemon side of her, being able to speak to pokemon and with the ability to carry all DNA of pokemon inside her, was able to be a human breeding machine for Pokemon.
However Claire hasn't been able to tap into the attack powers of a Mew or even knows she is a pokemon, she just thinks she's special so don't point a pokedex at her.
