After her adventures in Unova, she became a wandering Pokemon breeder and Behaviour researcher for Juniper, following in the footsteps of the previous Champion, Touko. She keeps with her a Snivy, mostly as her mascot, as it really doesn't take orders from her at all for some reason.

Upbeat, cheerful and full of life, Mei sometimes has problems with the whole "Staying quiet and observing" part of her research...Which is most of it, but at least she tries her best every time she spots something interesting! And even when with other people, her dangerously short and loose shirt is bound to get her into trouble...

In her bag she keeps:
