This little FenSkunk was born with with a rather odd affliction. She's been born into a strange bend in the temporal timestream. A rift. The rift causes her to randomly shift her age, although she is able to exert her will on the rift and cause herself to remain a certain age. Exerting her will on the rift causes her to burn up alot of calories, however, and she must keep up a large intake of them to remain at her preferred age. She tries to stay at age 18, and has developed the knowledge and attitude to match her age.
She is the polar opposite of her brother, and not just because she is female. Where he is rambunctious and extroverted, she is calm and introverted. Where he makes love often and with little hesitation, she is practically a virgin, having lost her virginity to somebody she'd rather not talk about. Where he is loving and preddish, she is mean and leaning towards prey.
