It's a wonder that the Mochizuki family had any sons at all, let alone two, given that the wife is a woman and the husband is a futa. It's hardly any surprise that the two boys they were blessed with grew up to be feminine. Tsukasa being the more obviously influenced of the two. The boy even has somewhat large breasts of his own! From a young age he discovered the joys of dresses, panties and heels and what being called cute did to him. His older brother never did see the appeal in it but encouraged him to do it if that was what he liked. And with how Tsukasa looked to his brother for approval, this meant the world to him.

Also considering that Sora did what he liked, which was eat girls all the time, he started filling his wardrobe with feminine things. While he was sure that he swung both ways, he grew to learn that his dietary habits were more like his father's and brother's in that he prefered swallowing girls. Oddly enough however instead of growing the potbelly that his brother has, his weight mostly settled on his butt to make him look even more feminine than he already did. He was unsure how to feel about it although it did make him a hit with those that found him attractive.

It was a bit disappointing that he didn't grow into a pear like his older brother. Tsukasa took it in stride and instead decided to look on the bright side; he would be able to get in closer and rub the soft bellies of others if he didn't have one of his own to get in the way. It's no secret that Tsukasa has a love of big, soft tummies even if he tries to hide it. The way his cute face flushes and he starts rubbing his thighs together has endeared him to many a fellow predator at school, who enjoy many a belly rub from him and his four hands.

If you mistake him for a girl, he won't bother to correct you. It's easy enough to forget that he is a boy, considering that somewhere along the way he became 'one of the girls' without realizing it. It doesn't help that a majority of his friends are women and try to spoil him like a princess. He can make use of the girls facilities and locker room without incident, something many other boys at school envy him for. It works out to his benefit because sometimes he ends up leaving with a full belly.
