Strength of a Hundred Seal
The Strength of a Hundred Seal is a jutsu that requires extremely delicate chakra control. By storing a vast amount of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body — usually the forehead — the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking. Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy. When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face or wrap around their entire body. The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying the power of their techniques. The seal will permanently remain in the centre of the user's forehead, presumably so that the user can keep on benefiting from its effects.
Yin Seal: Release
The Strength of a Hundred Seal - which takes the form of a diamond on the user's forehead - is used to gradually build up and store the user's chakra over time. Yin Seal: Release opens that seal, giving the user access to the accumulated chakra. Upon release, a pattern starts to appear from the diamond shape, spreading out across their forehead and potentially the rest of their body; by spreading the seal's pattern to another, the user can transfer the seal's chakra to them instead.
Creation Rebirth Technique
Invented by Tsunade with the resolution to protect the lives of her comrades. By releasing a large amount of chakra at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated. Whenever the body's tissues are damaged or an organ is destroyed, the injury will instantly heal regardless of the severity. So long as Creation Rebirth remains active, the user cannot die, earning it recognition as the "pinnacle of medical ninjutsu" and the "ultimate regeneration technique".
Creation Rebirth — Strength of a Hundred Technique
While very similar in nature to its parent technique, which also regenerates the user's wounds via accelerated cell division, the Strength of a Hundred Technique has a continuous, automatic effect that will heal any damage that the user sustains instantly without the need to make hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process as long as they have chakra left. The enhanced regeneration granted by this technique is so rapid that even digestion can be healed.
Shadow Clone no Jutsu
This jutsu allows Tsunade to create one or more copies of herself. Shadow clones usually disperse once they are struck hard enough, but they have been shown capable of enduring injuries for a time. When a clone's task is completed, it can disperse itself or be dispersed by its user. Once dispersed, the clone's experiences and remaining chakra are transferred back to the user. As a clone gets its chakra from the original, as soon as the original is out of energy or where he gets knocked out or dies, the clones pop out of existence.
Chakra Scalpel Technique
Tsunade uses this medical technique to form her chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections.
Body Pathway Derangement
Tsunade creates an electric field by giving her chakra the properties of electricity. When she strikes a target with her hand, the electricity pours into their nervous system and rearranges their body's signals.
Chakra Enhanced Strength
Tsunade uses the refined chakra control and concentration required in medical ninjutsu to enhance her strength to monstrous levels.
Heavenly Foot of Pain
Tsunade leaps into the air and concentrates all her strength into her heel. She then rapidly swings her heel down, not only doing severe damage to anyone she hits, but also cratering the ground and decimating the surrounding structures. As with all Tsunade's extreme feats of strength, this technique is possible because of her excellent chakra control.
Heavenly Spear Foot
Tsunade leaps to great heights and comes down crashing into her opponent with a massive amount of force.
Mystical Palm
Tsunade applies their hand to a wounded part of the body and sends chakra into it, accelerating the body's natural healing abilities. Although its most obvious use is as a way of treating external injuries, it can also be used for internal illnesses. Users must be careful to only use as much chakra as is needed for the specific injury. If too much chakra is sent into the body, this can have the opposite effect.
Chakra Transfer Technique
This technique allows Tsunade to transfer their chakra to a target. The amount of chakra transferred depends solely on Tsunade.
Transformation Technique
The Transformation Technique allows Tsunade to take the appearance of whatever she chooses. This technique is most often used to disguise the user as another person, but they can also turn into an animal, plant, or inanimate object; it is most difficult for users to transform into inanimate objects, and users are shown familiarising themselves with an object's weight and feel before assuming its form. Users will gain the attributes and physical features of whatever they transform into, such as a weapon's sharpness or an animal's fangs.
Summoning Technique
The Summoning Technique allows Tsunade to transport a target to her location.
Reverse Summoning Technique
The Reverse Summoning Technique allows a subordinate to summon Tsunade that has signed a contract with, to their location.
