Namely, the waitresses are the 'younger' part. A special establishment, not quite popular enough to be a franchise just yet, but starting off strong with a concept that's sure to catch the attention of the masses based off the popular 'Hooters' concept of waitresses in attractive outfits serving fast food to starving customers. It just happens to be that these 'waitresses' aren't quite the bombshell ladies with buxom breasts and a voluptuous figure to catch the eye of the amorous gent (or lady).
... instead, they're youngsters after a lil' pocket change and some lessons for life. Girls ranging from age 10-15 who are eager to try their hardest in the field of serving food and drinks to customers in hopes of earning a modest salary and some extra on the side in the form of generous tips from satisfied patrons. Sure, it's not as much as a working adult, but it's all in a safe, controlled environment where they can get an early start in work in their free time!

All the girls who work at Tweeters perform 3-6 hour shifts and abiding by an application that acknowledges their parents have permitted them working there and that the applicant abide by the working conditions of the restaurant. Pay is adjusted partially down to the applicant's age between the ages of 10-12 and then 13-15, along with permitted breaks.
All girls attend shifts with the regulation uniform, composed of a white belly-cut t-shirt that bares the 'Tweeters' logo across the chest, along with a pair of short-shorts that will signify the age group of the girls with light pink for the 10-12 staff and red for the 13-15's. Underneath, girls are provided with a 'Tweeters' regulation white bra in accordance with chest size for the maturer girls, a pair of 'wedgie-durable' girls' briefs to ensure discomfort levels are reduced for girls dealing with the more mischievous customers, and white ankle socks. Legs will be kept bare and athletic shoes and sneakers are obligatory for all serving staff on the premises!

... Well, no. It's not. The -other- unique feature of Tweeters comes in the form of the 'House Specials'. This is a list of special courses that can be ordered when available during that day, dependent on which girls are actively working a shift at the time.

Because they are the House Specials!
That's right! Don't fancy chicken wings? Had your fill of macaroni and cheese? Not up for a spicy fajita? Well, why not have one of the adorable girls as your meal! Abiding by the Terms and Conditions of 'Tweeters', ensuring that no bodily harm comes to the staff, any working Tweeters waitress can be ordered and eaten either as an in-house or can be taken home, abiding by a 12-hour period of rental to ensure they're not absent from school the next day or miss the following shift if they're going to be on the clock.
Naturally, these girls are put in the 'care' of complete strangers who want merely to fondle them, taste them, tease them, tamper with their cute uniforms and ultimately, swallow them whole. As a result, the signed waver for rental ensures that they will avoid any injury, prolonged abduction or permanent sexual desecration (Yes, they are -ways- to ensure the girls will be out of a nasty customer's clutches faster than you can say 'Do you want fries with that?'). The girls all abide by these 'House Specials' with full awareness of the situations they may face, as well as their ensured safety. If anything, she's become very fond of her work and, frankly, could probably be considered the most confident and playful of the girls on staff. (Not playful in -that- sense! Perverts!)
Annabelle Dray - 11 Years
An upbeat girl who prides herself on her positive outlook on life. She's always got a smile and always has something nice to say, even applying to her job at Tweeters! Usually if you hear 'Thank you for your patronage!', it's probably coming from her.
Juni Vickers - 12 years
Plucky and curious, Juni is a girl who can let curiosity get the better of her. She's typically full of energy, often identifiable by her matching red hair and equally-red hightop converse sneakers that she is rarely without and primarily found herself a part-time job at Tweeters just so she could have a little extra pocket money.

Maya Heatherton - 13 years
Maya is a girl who prides herself of trying to be as 'best as the rest'... or at least those whom she admires or those who seem to always be in the spot-light. That said, this means she's often in over her head in situations where she really should've just taken a step back and thought about things... like trying to run a marathon just because her big sister runs it.
Jennifer Clay - 14 years
Jennifer (Or Jenny as her boss likes to call her) is a very modest and reserved girl. Quiet and not really 'striving', she often feels like everyone around her is always better than her and doesn't quite 'shine' like those who are her age who may be pretty or talented. Her choice of the job at Tweeters was, in-part, wanting to develop a work ethic as well as to see if she could find an accepting place in the world. Maybe she feels being 'Food' could be her talent?...
