Tyla Walker was once an impressionable but idealistic young anthropomorphic hippo, and she was always ridiculed during high school because of her ambition to be a Judge. After all, EVERYONE knew that only Humans could be Judges! However, at the age of 9, when Judge Michael Hershal visited the school, this changed. Impressed by Tyla's stubborn resolve, determination, reactions to danger, and strong sense of right-and-wrong, Hershal saw in her the makings of a very capable Judge- and he knew just where she'd fit in...
He left the school with Tyla on the back of his bike, grinning widely and flipping the bird as she headed off for many hard years in the Academy of Law and at the hands of the Medical Science Division...

The quadrupedal figure that strode proudly from the Academy over ten years later was completely changed from the stubborn-but-shy hippo who had ridden in on the back of Hershal's Lawmaster. Now with one of her own, and a Lawgiver belted at her hip, Judge Walker stands as an example to anthros across Mega City One. Equipped with a wide range of physical alterations (standard practice for a Judge- though of course, Tyla's mods are far from standard) that included making her tauric, she is capable of UB, AV and Oral vore, can benchpress over twenty tons, and can hold a further eight tons within her body- though this will render her unable to move without her Lawmaster mk-9 "Dreadaught" motortrike.

Though she has changed completely from the shy, bullied fat kid she was, she is still a fun-loving, fairly laid-back hippotaur. She enjoys her job and polices to the *spirit* of the Law, rather than the word.

She stands just over twelve feet tall, and four feet at her widest point. She is very muscular, her body lacking the folds of fat usually seen on her species- instead of being obese; she's chubby, or soft. Her head is the classic hippopotamus shape, though she doesn't have tusks. Her eyes are blue-green, and twinkle with mischief. Her snout is also a shade longer than normal. Her neck is very thick, about twice the circumference it apparently should be, blending smoothly into wide shoulders that support arms that are thicker than the thighs you'd find on a champion bodybuilder, and hands that have no pinkie. She has fairly large breasts- FF-scale. They aren't saggy, or stiff, like most that size, but instead they're pert and, for want of a better word, jiggly. As one Judge once commented after seeing her naked in the shower/locker room (privacy, to a Judge, is unnecessary) "Damn, Tyla. You could lose a small cat in those!".
From there, she has a slightly-protruding belly that has the slightest hints of musculature visible, smoothed out slightly by the thick layer of fat she carries over most her form. From there, she melds smoothly into a non-anthro hippo, about 1/3 larger than you'd usually find, with four strong, stubby legs that can power Tyla to surprising speeds- in excess of 25mph- and then continue to power her through solid walls. Her belly hangs a little lower than it should, owing to her high-protein high-fat diet. Her behind is quite big, even when compared to the rest of her form, and yet still shapely, with a short tail that ends in a tuft. Below this, her private regions are visible if she raises her tail, and her tailhole is clean.

Clothing-wise, she wears a skin-tight, form-fitting dark blue jumpsuit that covers her from neck to ankles, and no bra- meaning you can see her nipples as bullet-points in the Lycra-like material. Over this, she wears the gold ceremonial shoulder-armour of her office, her badge on her left breast, and a utility belt wrapped twice around her in a side-on V shape, covered with pouches and bearing her Mk9 Lawgiver pistol in the cross draw position on the lower-left loop. This pistol is scaled up to match her, and has a barrel the diameter of an 8-gauge shotgun.
She wears gold gloves and elbow pads, and usually carries her helmet clipped to her utility belt on her right hip, preferring people to see her eyes. Her tail pokes free from the bodysuit, and it has special pop-fastenings at the back, meaning she can flex them open to give access to her private regions, and flex them closed too. Her bodysuit is tight enough to show definition of her rearward regions.

She is heavily cybernetic. Around 45% of her form by mass is augmentic, including but not limited to enhanced liver and kidney function, superconductors in her brain, servos in every joint (including the ones in her fingers), a metal-reinforced skeleton (like Wolverine but a carbon steel/titanium alloy), and both eyes. She also has psionic implants that grant her the following psychic powers: Rudimentary mind-reading (she has to concentrate for this), telekinesis, and basic precognition, among others.

Because of these implants, she's vulnerable to EMP. It doesn't stop her, but it DOES weaken her.

OOC stuff: Player is General Baz, who is male, and fairly open minded. Grammar, spelling and capitalization, or at least a proper attempt towards them, are very important at all times, and have been reason enough in the past to just leave an RP- or even just not start one. A decent description is also absolutely VITAL. Player is open to Oral and anal vore, unbirthing and vore-scat where applicable. You just need to ask OOCly. Whispers are NOT IN CHARACTER. YES, that even applies to YOU.

I will not RP with someone who RPs in first person ("I look at you and wag my tail"). It messes with the voices in my head >.>. Additionally, please don't use the word c*nt in RP with me, it's a word I really don't like! If you use that word to describe that part of me, THE SCENE WILL END!

Weaknesses:

• Cyborg: Tyla is heavily cybernetic. Any kind of electromagnetic pulse (Like lightning magic) severely weakens her- though it won't take her down. After an EMP attack, ALL rolls are HALVED for 3 turns. In addition, her HP is reduced to base 20 (or by 5 points if lower than 20).
• Big Target: Tyla is huge. Any opponent gets +2 on rolls to hit her.
• Grounded: Tyla is unable to even jump very high, due to her colossal weight. Any airborne foe gets an additional +2 on rolls to hit her.

Strengths:

• "Anyone get the number of that truck?"- Tyla is Strong. Seriously strong: She can throw cars at people if she so chooses. She gains +2 to escape grapple. In addition, foes suffer -2 to escape her grasp.
• Big: Tyla is 9ft long and 12 tall. It takes twice as long to swallow her; each phase must be doubled, unless you are of similar size or larger
• Endurance: Tyla is a very large, very strong predator. She has 25 HP, 5 of this coming from her cybernetics. She loses these 5 when subjected to an EMP attack. (Lightning Magic, etc.)
• Cerebral RAM: Tyla can adapt rapidly to most situations because of the superconductor-based chips in her head. She gains a +1 to rolls when grappled. This is DISABLED by EMP attacks.
• Heavy Metal: Because of her cybernetics, Tyla is extremely heavy. Any opponent attempting to lift her gets -4 to their rolls.
• Titanium Alloy Skull: Tyla's skull, like most of her skeleton, is made of a complex titanium alloy, each bone formed from a single crystal. Damage to her head is halved.

Abilities:

• Lawgiver: Tyla's sidearm is a symbol of Justice and strength, and can frighten foes into submission. When it is drawn, opponents suffer -1 to rolls. In addition, if they attempt to steal it, the weapon will explode, dealing 1d4 damage. Tyla must roll 10+ to hit. It can also fire the following rounds (Must be declared when firing):
  • Standard: A standard full metal jacket slug. Deals 1D6 damage, stuns the opponent causing -2 on all rolls.
  • Rubber: A rubber slug. Deals no damage, but can stun opponents for one round on a roll of 10+, causing -2 to all rolls for a second round. In addition, even if it doesn't stun it hurts like crap.
  • Riot Foam: Bursts on impact, spreading a thick foam that hardens like concrete. Counts as a grapple on a roll 15+ for 3 rounds, and will have difficulty moving on a 10+ (-2 to all rolls)
• NON-GRAPPLE:
  • Body Ram: Should her foe have a hold of Tyla, she can try to rush forward and smash them against a wall or tree. If she wins, Roll 1d5 for results
    1. Drokk! Tyla trips and is stunned for one round
    2. No ya don't! Tyla nails them against something, swapping the grapple and dealing one damage.
    3. Ram! Tyla slams them for 2 damage and swaps the grapple.
    4. Bam! Tyla slams them for 1 damage, and a two turn stun, while swapping the grapple.
    5. Slam! Target is out for 3 rounds, and takes 2 damage, now in Tyla's hands.
  • Throw: Tyla can throw most opponents away from herself- on success, this breaks any grapple they may have, and stuns them for one turn- giving her a turn to use any of her special abilities marked.
  • Batter Up: Tyla can rip scenery out of the ground and use it as a weapon. She rolls 1D5 for what she grabs:
    1. There's nothing around! Tyla spends a turn stunned while she hunts for it.
    2. A small rock. Stuns the opponent slightly, causing -1 to all rolls.
    3. A tree or lamp-post. Deals +1 damage.
    4. A sign or spiky tree: +2 damage.
    5. A car or large tree: Deals +3 damage, stuns the opponent for -2.
  • "You just broke the One Commandment, punk!" When reduced to 5 or less HP, Tyla can choose to get very, very angry. When this happens, she gains +2 to all rolls for the rest of the battle- but also takes 2 extra damage.
  • "Oh you did NOT just do that!": If an opponent attempts to rape her at any point, she can sit down on them, letting them feel her colossal weight. This has a 50-50 chance of stunning them for one turn, and granting -4 to all rolls for 3 turns. It also does 2 damage. May only be used when she is grappled- and she ends seated on her foe, effectively grappling them!
  • "I will bust your face up!" In an attempt to 'subdue' her foe, Tyla slams a massive fist into their head 1d3 times. Each hit does 1d5 damage, and stuns the opponent. May only be used when an opponent is grappled.
  • Psionic Implants: Tyla is very basically psychic. Nothing flashy like a dedicated psyker, but she has basic precognition and telekinesis. ONCE per battle she can re-roll a failed escape or attack roll, but must accept the second result.
  • Comfy Seat: Tyla throws her foe to the ground and sits on them. Does 4 damage, plus a further 1 damage per turn that she's sat on them. 15+ and a win to escape.

Finishers:

• "One last ride": Tyla must be at five or less HP, with her oponent holding onto her and the "You just broke the One Commandment" abilitiy active. Tyla must roll a 1d20, while her oponent rolls 2d20s. If Tyla wins, she charges so hard that she knocks out her oponent for the rest of the match, allowing easy disposal. She can only do this once per match. Fatal attack.
• Hope you got noseplugs!: With her opponent at any point in or under her ass, Tyla can opt, once per battle, to let rip a mighty fart. This will stun the opponent for 1d3 rounds, and provides a -3 to escape rolls for 3 (including the stunned round)
• "You're goin' down honey, and you're gonna like it!" With her prey in her mouth, Tyla can put her tongue to good use and pleasure her opponent until they climax, and relax. If she succeeds, her opponent is at -2 to all subsequent rolls until they hit her forestomach!
• "And... relax.": Once a prey is inside Tyla's taurbelly, she can choose to relax and digest her food, folding her legs under herself. Her prey recieves +1 additional damage per turn from her weight.
• You're nicked, sunshine!: Given the opportunity, Tyla will handcuff a grappled opponent. This immobilises their arms, making it hard for them to struggle. All rolls to resist Tyla's actions are HALVED. Tyla rolls 1D20, her opponent rolls 1d25. To break the handcuffs, you must roll a natural 20.
• "I judge you guilty...": Requires "You're Nicked, Sunshine!". Tyla hogties her foe, cuffing their wrists to their ankles and sends them into her body. Requires 19+. No other roll succeeds. Essentially Fatal attack.
Types of Vore:

Oral: Maw -> throat -> Forebelly -> second throat - > Taurbelly.
Escape rolls are: 11+ for maw, 12+ for throat, and 14+ for forestomach, 16+ for second throat and 18+ for 'taurbelly. Once in the taurbelly, it's almost impossible to escape. Her forebelly only does 1 hp of damage, and her 'taurbelly does 4 per turn

Anal: Anus -> Rectum -> Large Intestine -> Large intestine.
Tyla absorbs her prey in the large intestine, not her stomach. Once in her large intestine, they suffer 2hp damage. In her rectum or anus, they suffer 1hp
Escape rolls are: 9+, 10+, 11+, 12+

Unbirth: Labia -> Vagina -> Cervix -> Womb.
Tyla does NOT do damage to anyone within her womb; instead she transforms them into hippotaurs like herself. Her vagina deals 1hp crushing damage per turn.
Escape rolls are: 10+ 11+ 12+ 15+
