Summary: Tyler is quite the fish. he speaks what’s on his mind and is really honest about his feelings, however, he is still a predator, and does get rather hungry at times. so much so that he even begins to derive a sort of 'pleasure' from finally get some prey or a meal, he might just call you food and let you stuff him up for a while, but once you get to know him (inside and out) he is actually really sweet despite what his sharky apperance gives off.

Tyler stands roughly at seven foot and four inches , with a pair of sparkly purple eyes which to glint like amethysts in the light. His body from the neck down is also covered in light white scarring tissues when your up close, each one having it's own story behind it, However, it's barely noticable from a distance and only really seen when up close. He has a very typical, lithe build for a male shark around his age, and although he doesn't go to gyms or try to roid himself up, his muscle mass never seems to increase so he always has a lean but nicely toned build, just due to how dense the musculature of a shark actually is.

(I'd recommend reading this if you'd like to know more about Tyler) Growing up underwater, in the sea, it's always eat or be eaten, ever since he was a little shark pup, it was always the same process that allowed anyone to survive, and Tyler was a born survivor, despite multiple close calls with at the time, much bigger predators like barracuda, octopi, eels and even his own kind, like his mother or his father, he survived through it all. Although as a result of this, he doesn't even know if any of his siblings are still alive, but his puppy years were some of the most challenging.

Once he strayed out of the safety of the shallows and was attacked almost instantly, almost predated upon too by a rather large moray Eel, and only having his rough skin saved from being Eel chub by a rather large crab woman, one who had taken an interest and liking to the sharky pup. He learned later about why this was. Her own story being a classic one of both the beuaty and cruelty of the ocean, as she is a widower, having lost her family, her mate, even an arm to a rather swift 'feeding frenzy' a month or so before she saw Tyler, half guzzled down by an Eel and looking so hopeless as he squirmed. But she couldn't pass him away, even if his kind were predators. So she saved him and nursed him back to heath as best she can, even making a small vow with the pup to help one another. He catches food and gets protection from the crab, and she will protect him from predator, whilst also teaching him about the world and other basic learning qualities. Since she herself was a crab, it meant she could easily travel between both land and sea, and as such brought back information, like how to write, how to read, and even giving his full name of Tyler Grayfinn. Although this relationship, this 'family' was always to be a temporary one, once Tyler reached adolescence, it was time for them to part, as was their deal. Since Tyler was now old enough to where nothing in the ocean could pose a threat, he didn't need protection from his crab momma anymore. So their inevitable parting of ways happened, with the salt from the water stinging Tyler's eyes as he swam away from the only woman he considered a mother.
